“Assolutamente fantastico!!! Staff gentilissimo, camere e bagno pulitissimi e location fantastica, isolata in un bellissimo paesaggio. Il cellulare non prende e non c'è il wifi ma va bene cosi in quanto il paesaggio e la tranquillità del posto compensano alla grande.”

“Views of sheep from conservatory in back (where we spent most of our time) and glorious water views from dining table out front which are not shown in listing but should be! Very comfy well equipped older cottage. Keith was great to chat with. The 4 mile one track road in was slow due to the traffic to the Talisker Distillery but that is no fault of the cottage. Just a fact on Skye!”

“This is a quiet, rural location near the ocean and accessed via single track. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Comfy bed. Breakfasts were varied and quite good. The hosts are super. You'll have to drive to find dining options but there are many within a 15-minute drive. ”

“To keep it simple, it was really nice. Great location, nice neighbours and a great village. The cottage is clean, well organized and really cozy accommodation for trips to the Isle of Skye or a little break in beautiful Carbost. “The location was excellent but finding the property was hard. A small flag at the driveway entrance would help a lot. We loved sitting out at the fire pit in the evening the view is fantastic, and the ambiance memorable. The Aga stove needs to be on if you are going to cook, but does give off a lot of heat. We were 7 people and there was a shortage of small glasses and no small side plates which we would have liked. The tog rating for the beds were too much for the warm weather and an option to...
