“The property is in a gated community, one of about 20 bungalows/houses, 90% privately owned. The one we stayed in is also for sale, the agent makes a little extra cash by listing it. It was horrendous to find, and communication was poor. But made up by the quality and tranquillity. On arrival the 24/7 security guard was expecting us and contacted the agents representative who lived close. he let us in without problem and checked us out the following day.”

L’unica cosa che una volta chiuso il ristornate non si può più bere un cocktail ! Comunque soggiorno super consigliato, siamo stati accolti dal gentilissimo proprietario, con cocchi E frutta. There’s no money exchange, convenience store, or supermarket nearby, but that adds to its charm. I enjoy the stillness and hip, minimalist vibe — simple, easy, and calm.”

“The property itself is very nice. Didn’t realize it was in a secluded area that’s isolated and difficult to get in and out of. Within this area there are restaurants and beach clubs which aren’t included, and everything is so much more expensive than regular prices in Bali. But they can charge more cuz you don’t have access to anything else. The Expedia ad makes it seem like the beach club utopia and all is included, but the only thing it includes is the entrance. “We stayed 3 nights and found the property very relaxing and beautiful, simple but fresh breakfast was given. Nice and simple bedrooms, clean. They are doing construction near by so you'll occasionally hear some noises midday but it shouldnt be there much longer. Would recommend if your looking to get away from the city. Its definitely far away from most attractions but if you have a scooter rental or you use a ride share app its not bad, 45-60 minutes to Ubud or Kuta.”

“This was great value for money, as we were there in the wet season. The room was lovely, although the layout with the bathroom facilities a little strange. The team were welcoming, but seemed a little tentative and inexperienced on how to manage requests. There was also an incident where the staff through another team member in the pool - while we were sitting there relaxing. This didn't seem overly professional, but no one thought it was an issue.
