“The hotel was well located and had a nice reception area. Our bedroom was nice but a bit noisy due to overlooking a main road. Pillows were very thin and we had to double them up. Weirdly, our bathroom sink was at mid-thigh level which was odd given that the room was too small to be a wheelchair-friendly room. The spa area was nice but there were no tea mugs in the relaxation room and no hooks in the shower areas for towels/swimwear. Bohemia was a nice restaurant but the food was a little...

Reclamato ci trasferiscono all'ultimo piano in una camera SENTA aria condizionata (eravamo nel sottotetto)Reseption: sarebbe bello che si parlasse almento 2-3 lingue oltre il patois di Jersey e ci fosse del personale istruita.Al arrivo dimentichiamo i boy per le valigie- L'unica cosa che salva è la piscina veramente bella. “Obviously the scaffolding and accompanying noise was not ideal, but it was necessary and will be finished soon. The staff were quite exceptional and the breakfast first rate. My only crumble was not to have coffee making facilities in the room. Having said that I will return without hesitation ”

“Lovely hotel within walking distance of Esplanade and town centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother. Outdoor pool and sun terrace was a fantastic addition as we were lucky with the weather, the terrace was a real sun trap. Our room was on the top floor, at the front of the hotel, it was very warm with no air con which made it hard to sleep at night, not sure what it would be like in the hight of summer. “Stayed here for a 3 night business trip and I could not have chosen a better hotel. Spotless throughout, staff very friendly and accommodating, food superb and the garden and pool areas were tremendous. 20 minute walk (down hill) to the center with many taxis if you need a lift back. Would love to come back again on a relaxing break and see more of this lovely island. Many thanks again.”
