“Stanza che affacciava sul parcheggio, dotata di sole tende oscuranti (quelle notturna), la scelta è stata: zero illuminazione o zero privacy. La tenda del bagno non era impermeabile, quando ce ne siamo accorti il bagno era già tutto allagato. La “colazione” è stata la ciliegina sulla torta, allego alla recensione delle foto scattate alle 8 AM. ”

“There was a severe leak in our room in 2 different locations and when we told staff repeatedly they didn’t do anything about it or offer any resolve. The hot tub was shut down. Our key cards repetitively didn’t work. It was a disaster.”

“Only thing I didn’t like was that the 3rd floor where I stayed didn’t have an ice machine. Loved the staff I had to cancel & reschedule several times due to a family emergency.”

“The concierge was not at all helpful. Called aheadand asked that he book a reservation, when we arrived, it had not been done and the current concierge told us to drive to the restaurant in person and ask for reservations! Y receipt was not emailed to me, I should have asked for. Printed copy. I’ve been on hold now for 20. Invites waiting to speak with someone to get my receipt. The bar tenders at both the rooftop and Dome bar acted indifferent. The rooftop bartender left the bar and I walked...

“Room had everything you can possibly need. Laundry room on the same floor as room. Breakfast was great as well. Check out being 12pm was also very convenient. Overall very nice place to stay!”

“It was definitely somewhere where you can sleep. The paint was chipping in the bathroom. The carpet throughout the 1st floor was torn and lifted. Lots of trip hazards. I would not stay at this location in the future. No USB or USBC chargers, this was an older hotel.”
