“Struttura piccola, forse un po' vecchia e priva di una particolare manutenzione delle camere, ma comunque dotata di tutto ciò che serve per passare un soggiorno piacevole. Il personale é molto gentile e disponibile. La stazione centrale di Cardiff é veramente vicinissima. Molto comoda la possibilità di fare il check in e il check out a qualsiasi ora del giorno o della notte. Forse un po' alto il rapporto qualità prezzo, ma é anche vero che parliamo di un centro città.”

“A lovely hotel where you can feel the ancient atmosphere but where the rooms are perfect and fully refurbished. I found the staff extremely professional and polite. The position is perfect, walking distance to the main attractions. The railway station is not too far neither and I walked with my suitcase without issues. It will certainly be my first choice for my next trip to Cardiff.”

“When we got there we were told that the lift was out of order and our room was on the third floor. My brother walks with a stick and the receptionist (Liam) immediately sorted out a room on the first floor and took our bags up (even though I could have taken mine, bless him).
