“I upgraded my reservation on Expedia from one bed to two a few days prior to arrival. The hotel did not show that information so gave me a room with only one bed. After I returned to the lobby, although they could not find the upgraded reservation, they did move me to a two bedroom room at no extra charge. I did have to pay an extra charge for parking although the Expedia reservation clearly showed parking included.”

“The room was clean, I would recommend it for going to sleep and rest up after an all day conference in Long Beach. Stayed two nights and heard an explosion like sound two nights in a row. Not sure what that was but good for the price and distance convenience.”

“Everything about this place was great. I guess the only thing that didn’t work quite well was the limousine service (that would’ve been free) but the electrical vehicle was being charged as we had arrived a little late to the hotel (at 8pm). We also got a free breakfast, but it wasn’t quite communicated as to what kind of breakfast it was.”
