“Excellent stay with incredible staff. ”

La prima stanza, piccola, con le dotazioni essenziali e con letto queen, nonostante avessimo richiesto in prenotazione due letti matrimoniali. Capita... “The buggy service around the Island is pretty ordinary . Granted that they have to pick up and drop off guests all the time but there should be some priority given to some cases . eg: Like waiting to go to the airport with baggage. We waited for 45mins before we decided to walk up to the reception . we booked it for 12pm ( Dep at 1520hrs ) and at 1245 we decided to walk . This is not the fault of the operators ( drivers ) but management must give priority to departing Guests. More Island...

“Superb location, right on the beach with beautiful view of Lelepa Island and very good snorkelling. Protected from prevailing winds. Easy access to dive and tour operators. Terrific large brand new units. So nice and quiet! Fantastic staff and owners, very good food.”

“Lovely place with great sunsets. Nice food. Snorkelling trip great (not complimentary as on website but paid for 2 snorkelling sites with a guide, still well worth doing). Need a 24 hour reception (large earthquake 7.1 while we were there and no one to ask about safety/what to do which didn’t feel super safe). Also maybe not the best place for a long beach stay - only 3 sun loungers on the resort, but good for a short stay whilst seeing things on the island.”

“The location and the view from the Hotel is just awesome. The apartment itself with two floors and a private pool is stunning. But I have to say, that you feel, that the apartments are a bit older and could get a little renovation. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. “We stayed for 5 nights, which I think was about perfect - enough time to relax but not so long that we were bored on such a small island. The reef was beautiful and had lots of different corals, along with loads of fish. We don't dive so we snorkelled each day. We took our own masks but used Bokissa's flippers, which were excellent. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Whilst there was a child there (12 year old) while we were there, it seemed much more suited to couples.”
