“The resort was formally Premier which is good to know, as most drivers can’t find it. It has changed hands after covid and some of the buildings need to be bought up to new code so a lot of vacancies The staff and facilities are fantastic, especially for families The food was good too”

Support to book a table in a restaurant, book car and ticket for us. We were concerned about insects but luckily the actual experience was completely free of ants or bugs.”

“Spacious bedroom with view overlooking the resort. We can use the resort's swimming pools for free. We can also request a buggy to move from our room to the beach and restaurant area. The food at the restaurant is not too special but the sea view is very beautiful. Friendly staff helped us clean the room every day.”

“It was good to stay. Host is kind and they answered me very quickly. The room was clean and cosy. Only one thing, I was from TP Hochiminh and I felt the room was cold for me but I understand this kind of room type is general in Hanoi. Small Radiator was useful and Kitchen was also good and clean. The room is Clean and location was good and cos of covid lockdown, the location was quite quiet and peaceful (as I understand, this area is busy area in normal situation) However it is center of old...

“The property itself is excellent. Customer service is top notch. The area, however, hasn’t developed enough so it’s inconvenient to find transportation or food delivery services. It might have been the low tourist time so the pool was not available completely (some parts were in repair/clean up for a longtime). Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”
