“My daughter and I loved the photos of how the rooms looked, but upon arrival we realized a few things and it just kind of continued downhill. First, the room is SMALL. Like jail cell small and the bathroom sink fits the same description. I couldn’t brush my teeth without banging my arm against the shower. (Which the water was too hot one day and freezing the next, couldn’t take a real shower before leaving).. First night, room was uncomfortably warm, but I couldn’t have the window open...

“This is more for a couple or individual. Shower Water was cold. Water pressure was bad. Shower head was in a terrible spot and the shower was messy. Great location, parking outside wasn't so bad, just read the signs. Place was clean. The Shower was very unfortunate.”

“We enjoyed the space and privacy, and proximity to Trestle Glen and Piedmont. Would have appreciated more attention to cleaning, especially the floors and cobwebs. The loose railing on the stairs needs to be addressed.”

“There were six of us on the property, and we were so welcomed with a lot of amenities. We’ve felt totally at home from the moment we walked in the door. There were deer to watch, beautiful mountains, gorgeous landscape. It is isolated and restful we enjoyed every minute of our stay ! The host of this property should get five stars for Cleese, organization, supplies, and beauty . Thank you.”

“Chris was very responsive to my many questions as a first time guest. Description is very accurate. Location is conveniently within walking distance of St. Albert’s Priory, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. It was very nice to have the option to park on the property for a small fee. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Oakland.”

“Cute little tiny home. Very modern and clean. However it was very cold with only one split AC/heater unit to heat the whole place. Perhaps some additional space heaters for each room would help ALOT. They provided cute slippers but they were dirty and used. Otherwise very nicely done and would come back again.”
