“Super happy with our stay, the room was clean and well kept the only thing that would’ve made it even better was if the Ac wasn’t as loud but it really didn’t make us not enjoy the room, we appreciate a nice clean room, super happy with TRU by Hilton”

“Hotel moderno ,molto puliti gli spazi comuni e le camere. Il bagno con pulizia e cambio asciugamani quotidiani,la stanza viene rifatta solo prr soggiorni superiori a 5giorni ( unica pecca direi) Colazione non particolarmente varia ma sempre tutto buono e abbondante. Nei dintorni ovunque ristoranti e supermercati. Parcheggio a pagamento ma molto economico rispetto ad altri hotel Direi ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Consigliato ”

“El lugar está bien, limpio muy comodo tiene cocina completa que fue muy bueno para mi familia, tiene el cuarto de dormir aparte y una pequeña sala, cuenta con 2 televisores que fue muy bueno y el aire acondicionado servia perfecto , está en un lugar en donde hay una Walmart y un target muy cerca y varios restaurantes , todo fue muy bien en nuestra estadia y por el precio está bien tal vez lo unico es que no tiene alberca y la ropa de cama no es la mejor pero si volveria a regresar”

“The family absolutely loved it, this was are 2nd trip to Pensacola. The staff help us find some amazing restaurants. I wish I remembered the lady’s name who checked us in but she is amazing, she was very informative, help us with when places would be busy and which ones would be good with kids. I owe her a big thank you. 100% recommending this place”

“Had a great sleep, only stay one night. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is okay, it isn’t anything extraordinary. Staff was helpful!”

“The room was not well cleaned. Hair on the bathroom sink and the counter tops in the room were not thoroughly cleaned.”

“IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND.”

“The very first room we went into it smelled like someone smoke a pack of cigarettes in there went back to the desk and ask can we get another room and the second room we went to the room had same smell but a little less of the cigarette smell I will never return to this Extend Stay ever. The bed was uneven and very hard. The check out morning the maintenance man tried to walk in our room without knocking and said he didn’t know that someone was checked into the room. So that tells me very poor...

“La struttura non è dello standard di RED-ROOF che conoscevo da miei precedenti soggiorni. Pavimento sporco, Telecomando TV che non funzionava. No frigorifero, no bollitore acqua etc. Per il mio tour ho poi proseguito con altre catene. Mi spiace”

“The staff was always amazing here. The food is exceptional at the Bar/Lounge. Was not expecting it to be as good since it is a hotel but this was top notch food and service. Rooms are amazingly clean and I know they are going to be remodeling soon but the conditions makes it not seem like 20 years old. I will stay here everytime I am in town.”
