“just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good”

“Beautiful apartment, view of the Wawel Castle from our skylights, located in a beautiful park, easy to walk to the castle or to old town and the Jewish district is fairly close too. I cant think of a better location. I wanted to give this 5 stars, and the only thing keeping me from it, is the air conditioning would not cool. They did send a technician, out who was friendly, but said there was nothing he could do, he didn't have access to the boiler (our understanding thru google translate). The...

“We had a spacious room in an two story appartment on the fourth floor (no elevator). No AC, but a fan was provided and moscito neting on the windows helped to have some breeze in the room. We were greeted with a nice goody bag - nice touch by the home owner. The shared bathroom and kitchen (with the use of fridge and other utilities) were clean and convenient. Parking was a bit hard as this is a busy residential area. ”

“Just returned from a two night break staying at Aparthotel Delta Boutique. Fantastic place, very clean, modern rooms. Correspondence with reception prior to arrival was superb, giving us all information needed to get into building and room on our arrival. Location was brilliant with many bars and eateries close by. We had never been to Krakow before, will definitely return and stay here again 😊”

“Check in and check out really easy. Didn't have breakfast but same price as in town. Hot tub amazing, as was benefit of hot tub. Would be useful to have another bed side cabinet, but guess hard to find as specific colour design and type of furniture for room. Extra rail in bathroom would be useful for bath towel to hand after use. Overall would recommend as location to town and station spot on”

“Mi sono trovata molto bene. Lo staff è stato davvero gentilissimo per tutto. La camera era molto grande e pulita, con anche una piccola cucina fornita di tutto. Ottima posizione, vicino al museo nazionale davanti a cui ferma il bus 252 per l'aeroporto. Si raggiunge il centro a piedi in neanche 10 minuti. Wifi gratuito e colazione a buffet molto abbondante e varia. Lo consiglio assolutamente. ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo”

“When I arrived at the hotel late (I had messaged ahead to say what time I would arrive) there was no answer when I pressed the buzzer. I phoned them and was let in by a member of staff who apologised for having fallen asleep. My room was very close to the desk which wasn’t ideal because I could hear other guests moving around and arriving, but I have to say everytime I passed there was not a member of staff there.
