High recommend for couples

Check in and check out really easy. Didn't have breakfast but same price as in town. Hot tub amazing, as was benefit of hot tub. Would be useful to have another bed side cabinet, but guess hard to find as specific colour design and type of furniture for room. Extra rail in bathroom would be useful for bath towel to hand after use. Overall would recommend as location to town and station spot on

Absolutely beautiful stay at these apartments. I booked the romance package as a surprise for my boyfriend and the staff went above and beyond to make it really special! We have never experienced anything like it. Our stay was perfect from start to finish!

Beautiful, but probably won't return..

I booked because the rooms are beautiful and the jacuzzi's are great. The location was excellent. Parking on weekends is ok. The problem was that are room was not cleaned during our stay. We couldn't get into the building at first, and other things that relate to the minimal staff/staff hours. For the price of this hotel, those things would need to change. It also has very poor sound proofing... Particularly for a couple's hotel. We can all hear each other..

Otroligt fint rum med utomordentligt bra läge! 10min promenad till centralstationen oc gamla stan. Omringad av närbutiker, restauranger samt ett par bagerier. Väldigt serviceinriktad personal som pratar utmärkt engelska och gärna ger tips om staden. Incheckning kan ha tagit som mest 2 minuter, inklusive att bli visad till mitt rum. Rummen ligger alla minst en trappa upp utan hiss i ett äldre townhouse. Det är nog inte fantastiskt lätt att ta sig upp om man är rörelsehindrad, men jag som har artrit tog mig effektivt upp för trapporna. Rummet var väldigt välstädat och fint inrett med två stolar, ett runt bord, två byråer och givetvis en stång med klädgalgar. Sängen var stor och riktigt skön och det var lätt att röra sig i rummet även om det inte var enormt. Minibaren är liten, men med lite vilja får man in någon extra flaska läsk i kylen. Badrum och allrum avskiljs med fyra frostade glasväggar som lätt flyttas. I allrummet och i badrummet finns varsin 40-tums tv av nyare modell, den ena riktad så man ser den från bubbelbadet, den andra från sängen. Hotellet har ingen restaurang, men det finns massor inom 200m, flera med utkörning. Receptionen tipsar gärna! Billig (ca 40SEK)och god frukost beställer man genom att hänga en slip på dörreb med det alternativ man önskat och vilken tid man önskar. Höjdpunkten är dock bubbelbadet som ger en fantastisk känsla av lyx! Kan inte annat än rekommendera detta fantastiska hotell! För den pedanta: städningen håller världsklass!

Great location and friendly staff

Very lovely hotel in a great location and great price too. Communication with staff by email before the stay was prompt and in perfect English. The rooms are spacious and clean and have an added wow factor with the spa bath, which was greatly appreciated at the end of a cold snowy day. Had breakfast once in the hotel when he had a early start for a trip out of town, this was nice and again prompt on time.

➕ Simpelthen et fantastisk lækkert sted at være.. Rent, pænt og super lækker værelse med SPA. Fantastisk hjælpsomme og søde medarbejdere som er behjælpelige med ALT mellem himmel og jord.. ⛔Man skal være opmærksom på at billeder og virkelighed ikke stemmer helt overens. Bedre information omkring diverse tilkøb som vil fuldende opholdet. morgenmaden er ikke særlig god i forhold til prisen. (stenhårde crossainter og cinnamonrolls) Der mangler moviebox på badeværelset..

Lovely Hotel

Very clean and well presented hotel, friendly staff who can help with tours and book taxis for you. Very good shower - nice and powerful! Would definitely recommend for a couples weekend away. We had some issues with the TV in the room but when Krakow is so pretty, you don't really need a TV for entertainment!

Lovely room shame about the noise

I had the luxury room with jetted bathtub located on the 2nd floor by the staircase. The room was nice however noise travelled from outside the room. I was woken up around 4 times in the night by people hearing footsteps on the stairs (wooden) and I could hear every word of their conversations. The hotel receptionist was helpful and Market Square was only a short walk away.

Perfect for a romantic weekend

The only reason why I haven't given this top marks is because it's a rooms only establishment without a real lobby or bar. The room was extremely comfortable and clean and perfect for a romantic get away. Although it didn't have all the details of a modern 5star place such as iron, usb plugs, room service for meals other than breakfast etc it was definitely a fantastic spacious room only two minted from the town centre. The real selling point though, is the bathroom! Which is awesome!! Slightly tacky....but awesome!! Get a romantic package and fill the jacuzzi bath tub full of suds to go with the champagne. This is the reason why you stay here and it definitely lifts your spirits after an aushwitz tour.

Helt ok hotell sentralt plasert i Krakow

Helt ok hotell men dette er ikke et femstjerners hotell som beskrevet av hotellet. Når vi ankom hotellet var vi usikre hvor resepsjonen var. Den ble flyttet på to ganger i løpet av vårt opphold til et hotellrom med seng å det hele. Det så ganske merkelig og uprofesjonelt ut. På dette hotellet finnes det ingen heis. Du må altså bære bagasjen opp til rommet selv. Kort oppsummert så er dette ikke et lukseriøst 5-stjerners hotell. Jeg ville kanskje gitt dette hotell 3 stjerner.

Komorowski Hotel 5*

Me and my wife stayed in the lovely Komorowski Luxury Guest Rooms. Location was excellent and the rooms where clean, modern and very stylish. The staff at the Komorowski are extremely helpful. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting the beautiful city of Kraków.

Nært gamlebyen

Hotellrommet var pent, men litt trangt da vi hadde valgt et rom med dobbelt boblebad, som tok mye plass. Likte ikke at det var glass-skyvedører foran badet, slik at det var veldig vanskelig å ha det privat der. Vi valgte "romantic package" en ettermiddag på rommet og det var veldig hyggelig (champagne, klargjort boblebad og masse blomster) til en rimelig penge. Veldig god service fra de som jobbet i resepsjonen hele tiden. Savnet å ha et sitteområde i resepsjonen, eller en bar på hotellet, slik at man kunne oppholde seg utenfor rommet. Wifi'en var veldig dårlig eller nesten fraværende. Det foregikk bygningsarbeid umiddelbart utenfor rommet vårt, som støyet mye på dagtid og et stykke ut på kvelden. Dette hadde hotellet kompensert ved at de gav oss en flaske vin og gratis frokost hver dag under oppholdet, så det var vel i og for seg greit. Det er ca 300 meter å gå til gamlebyen. Vår beste opplevelse der var en helaften på restaurant "Cyrano de Bergerac". Fantastisk god mat og atmosfære og svært hyggelige kelnere; anbefales på det varmeste! Det ligger et kjempestort handlesenter "Galeria Krakowska" en snau kilometer fra hotellet, greit å gå dit. Senteret ligger forøvrig ved siden av togstasjonen. Oppsummert hadde hotellet enkelte ting som var kjempebra, men enkelte ting trekker ned slik at neste gang vi skal til Krakow så velger vi sannsynligvis et annet.

The room was really nice, the two person jacuzzi was great. The room was surprisingly tiny and the bathroom sliding doors didn't really close properly so if you want real privacy when goign to the toilet, don't book this room...

Servicen var väldigt trevlig. Receptionen hjälper till att boka in restaurangbesök, taxi, spa. Mycket trevligt bemötande. Hotellet ligger mycket centralt. Inom gångavstånd finns mycket trevliga restauranger, flera sevärda turistattraktioner och en stor galleria för shopping. Hotellet ligger på en trafikerad gata. Störs man av ljud från gatan bör man be om ett rum mot gården. Det är också en av få nackdelar, att rummen mot gatan skulle kunna vara bättre isolerade mot buller. Krakow är en mycket trevlig stad. Vacker, med mycket att se, bra restauranger och barer och ett stort utbud av kultur och historia.

Loved staying here . Luxury at its best . Room was very comfortable bathroom was outstanding . Jacuzzi was immense waterfall was a lovely touch . Would definitely stay here again . Only a few mins walk from main square so ideally situated also

Room with a noise problem.

The room had a problem with noise from the street.we stayed for a quieter room and were given earplugs . Later again I stayed for quieter room and they did offer me another room but it was a upgrade and we had to pay for it.

A gem in Kraków

The staff was welcoming and very helpful; the room was as advertised, jacuzzi tub included! The only minor issue was the lack of an elevator; however the rooms are only on the second or third floor so there are not too many stairs in any case.

Very nice and beautiful guestrooms with jacuzzi!

We traveled with friends. Since we have jacuzzis back home we like them even away from home. Really appreciated the beautiful bathrooms and fantastic jacuzzis. Very professional and friendly young staff at the front desk. Ask for a room facing the courtyard if you don't like to be disturbed by the trams outside the window. The only small negative was that we hurt our legs on the sharp corners at the foot of the bed. (Corner protections wanted). Krakow is a wonderful city and we look forward to return. We are happy to recommend these fine, centrally located luxury guest rooms to all connoisseurs.

Altfor harde senger

Hotellet låg litt utanfor bykjerna, ca 5-10 min gåtur frå markedsplassen, i eit heilt greit område. Vi fekk skyss frå flyplassen av hotellet sin bil og blei godt tatt imot av resepsjonisten. Vi var svært fornøyd med servicen når vi spurte om noko. Rommet vårt hadde eit stort boblebad(som var grunnen til at vi valgte hotellet) og det innfridde. Det var tilogmed tv på veggen ovenfor boblebadet! Gulvet på rommet var desverre flisa, og blei dermed litt kaldt i forhold til teppegolva som vanligvis finnes på hotellrom. Men vi forstår at dersom rommet har boblebad må det nesten vere flisa golv ellers på rommet. Rommet var heldigvis utstyrt med varmepumpe så vi kunne stille varmen hurtig dersom vi var kalde. Det var litt lydt i gangen, så når folk gjekk/prata i gangen bråka det litt. Det bråka særlig mykje når nabohotellromma blei vaska. Senga og putene var desverre veldig harde så vi fekk begge relativt dårlig søvn. Vi var heilt ok fornøyde i forhold til forventingane, men det var skuffande at senga var så dårlig.

Mysigt hotell centralt

Ett fantastiskt hotell att spendera några nätter i Krakow på. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Enda negativa är att jag upplevde rummen som något lyhörda, inte för trafik från utsidan utan snarare från trappor och korridorer.

Fantastic Trip!

I came to Kraków with my 4 year old son and was impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They helped me plan for excursions with bus numbers/times and even suggested places to visit that were geared just for us. The room was amazing! Exactly like the pictures too. It was warm (temperature wise - even in December!) and very inviting. The room/bathroom were both clean and after receiving detailed instructions about the jacuzzi bath we both found it very relaxing/fun too.
