“Breakfast is terrible, with the name of breakfast they only offer Tea/Coffee outside(with Muffin/bar), usually tea/coffee is served in the room without mentioning breakfast included by other hotel. Poor quality of breakfast, they should not mention that breakfast is included. I booked this hotel even in a longer distance by seeing the breakfast option is included, but this is disappointment. Room was good however they should offer toiletries(liquid soap, toothpaste/brush .”

“We stayed at the Hprizon for 1 night.. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. The only comment I have was that there should have been a clock with an alarm. I would recommend this property for short stays.”

“Camera spaziosa, tantissime prese per ricaricare i devices. Letto comodissimo , con topper di qualità e molto cuscini . Resto dell’arredamento datato, come il bagno , Ma pulito . Accoglienza inaccettabile : receptionist maleducatissima che ha fatto problemi ad accettare passaporto e patente europei come identificazione . Poi mi ha sgridato per essere arrivato tardi senza avvisare . Quando le ho fatto vedere la prova della telefonata, ha risposto risentita che non avevo parlato con lei. Personale...

“The property was good and close to places, but the bar needs improvement. The staff at the bar were confused and not able to handle all the customers there. Me and my husband ordered food and waited for over an hour. When we saw our food coming, it was given to a different table who arrived there after us. I told the bartender that was our food and he said he understood and he would go back to the kitchen to make ours then. Who does that? And also we were trying to get the check for 30 minutes...
