“We loved it all. The staff was wonderful and the property was beautiful.”

“If I could have given more than a 5-star rating, I would have. The hotel only has 4 rooms (we were the only guests due to low season) and has an incredible view of Zihautanejo Bay from everywhere on the property. It's also walking distance to a couple of top restaurants down the hill. The real difference for us was the staff at the hotel. It seemed their only concern was to make sure we had the best time possible. So thank you Chai, Carmen and Salvador for making this truly special.”

“The hotel was beautiful! Even nicer than the pics. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were even 2 parrots in the lobby area that said Hello and Hola, adorable! Room was clean and had every amenity we needed. ”

“I've been coming to the Catalina for over 20 years, I adore it and what it offers--best location on the beach, friendly service, and casual atmosphere...having said that I must also say that I miss the stewardship and staff that I've grown up with over the years. Change is hard, but it should not come at the cost of loyal employees.”
