“Beautiful property and great food.”

“Staff and property for the most part were very good. The pool was very crowded and all chairs were covered and mostly unoccupied for much of the day. We were told at check in that if a chair was unoccupied for more than 30 minutes or so, the towels and possessions would be cleared. Didn't happen. Service was ver slow at the pool; we ended up getting our own drinks most of the time. You need to revise your towel policy with the cards. The towel kiosk was unattended for much of the day and...

“Perfect location walking distance to everything in downtown Cabo. The room was large. Everyone working here is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant by the pool was fantastic. Great view of the harbor while eating breakfast. ”

“Moderno e grande Hotel che si trova nella punta della zona Hotelera di Cancun. La posiaiozne è eccellente per raggiungere a piedi ed in autonomia tutti i maggiori locali e divertimenti dalla zona. L'Hotel è molto grande, ben organizzato e ben pulito. Se posso muovere un appunto solo relativo al numero di ascensori che non mi sono sembrati adeguati al numero di ospiti. camera confortevole e grande, letto comodissimo.”

“The first night they had me in a room with a broken ac. They moved me to a bigger room with a way better view and closer to main areas. In the new room The shower door didn’t close so I had to hold it with my foot otherwise I really did have a great time there. Staff was great and the facility was very clean. I got two massages while there and that was really great too. You can also book excursions through the hotel however make sure you ask about drop off location because some of the excursions...

“Todo muy bien excepto por las bebidas. Y si no tienes mínimo $300mil para comprar un tiempo compartido, rechaza la invitación. Si no compras se portan groseros y no te dan ningún beneficio de los prometidos.”
