“This property was full of character. The architecture was beautiful. I usually don't eat at hotel restaurants but this one, Le Chateau Garden Bistro, was so good that I ate there twice. The room was lovely. Ayres was worth the money spent.”

“Everything was perfect, check in very simple no waiting, facilities were beautiful everything super clean, room very clean perfect size very comfortable, comfortable bed and great pillows easy air-conditioning to control, was a beautiful view with a balcony, absolutely will stay here again”

“I feel this property was high-quality especially for the price we paid for the weekend. Other properties in the area for the weekend we’re starting around $400 a night. There was no microwave in the room, which was a first for me, but there was one down in the lobby at the convenience store. And they had free bags of ice also in the convenient store no ice machines were on the floors . That wasn’t terrible just different from other places I’ve stayed. Staff was great rooms were clean. Nice bar...

“This was absolutely perfect for our family and we really enjoyed our stay. It was in a perfect location for a short walk to the beach and the house had everything we needed. Plus everything we did need or forgot was a short drive away. The communication with the host was easy and we would definitely stay again! Thank you! ”

“We had the best time staying at this house. It's not only perfect location to the beach on the Penninsula but also to restaurants and bars close by. It's spacious, very nice, and the hosts were wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a group who wants to have a beach or Newport get away. Thanks again! Matt”
