Hotel vicino a AMF Country Lanes - San Antonio

“Beds were fine. Very much in need of a remodel. Ceiling above the shower was “patched” and coming down. Very old, out of date hotel.”

“The room was so filthy but it was already late when I checked in I had planned to say for 3 days and I checked out the next morning for how bad it was. Towels were extremely dirty and so was the entire room lights didn’t work floor tiles were broken. Would not come back. My room was 213”

“For an overnight stay it was good. Close to places I needed to visit. Room did not cool to set temp of 70, and was humid. Chose to start here for a company meeting instead of Estancia Del Norte because their room was uncomfortably warm as well. Same issue here. Staff was pleasant and nice.”

“The room was very clean, beds were soft and comfortable. The only issues we had was the key cards that were given to us did not work after the second time we had to get a 3rd set. The pool was dirty and the a.c in the lobby was not working which was hot, but did not affect our room. Everything else was good.”

“We had a bad check in experience after we were given our key card to our room, it was late at night and we go into our room and there were other guests sleeping in there which scared the crap out of me! Went back down to the front desk and told her what happened. She apologized and I don’t understand how they wouldn’t see that someone was in that room. They put us in another room, upgraded and gave us complimentary breakfast to apologize.”

“Couches in room were dirty. You could see the stains. Bed sets stained. One room was full of mold/mildew on wall and in bathroom. The guy at the desk was helpful but I was over it when I seen mold. So I didn't stay. Waiting on manager to get my refund.”

“Unfriendly staff. Asked for extra towels and got told to go to the room and bring back old towels- this is after asking for fresh towels that morning. Third world owned/ employees- third class hospitality.”
