“My room was never cleaned by the staff not even the garbage was taken out. Linens or towels were changed, and having just one elevator makes it a heavy traffic during the weekend. Staff was polite.”

“Outstanding hospitality! The staff was very welcoming and attentive. We enjoyed fresh popcorn and free cocktails for happy hour. The dinner buffet was delicious and the full variety breakfast offerings were hot, fresh and filling! The rooms were really nice too. We enjoyed a restful night. We will add this location to our return trip list!”

“Outdated room interiors, exposed wires on AC unit, empty conditioner bottle in the shower; reserved a king bed room with jetted tub but they ended up not having that room available. Staff were nice but unable to help with the room availability situation. Fruit flies/fungus gnats everywhere. Overpriced for the mediocre quality. I rarely give bad reviews..”

“The staff was extremely friendly. We got there around 2am but still received a warm welcome. The room was great! The perfect size for my family. It was conveniently located to food and shopping. It was quiet and parking was good.”

“We picked this hotel because we have enjoyed the Double Tree in Dalllas very much. The room was clean, the bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained. They listed room service but there was no restaurant room service. We were expecting a movie streaming service but that was not available. The breakfast buffet was ok. When you checkout they try to sign you up for deals. Overall we will not be returning to this location.”
