“Clean but a little dated”

“The room was very clean, beds were soft and comfortable. The only issues we had was the key cards that were given to us did not work after the second time we had to get a 3rd set. The pool was dirty and the a.c in the lobby was not working which was hot, but did not affect our room. Everything else was good.”

“For an overnight stay it was good. Close to places I needed to visit. Room did not cool to set temp of 70, and was humid. Chose to start here for a company meeting instead of Estancia Del Norte because their room was uncomfortably warm as well. Same issue here. Staff was pleasant and nice.”

“The moldy/mustry smells in the room completely ruined the experience for me. Overall clean grounds but rooms are bad. They let me change rooms once. Second room was less musty so I accepted it, but it still was still pretty bad that I would not go back to this hotel. Staff were very friendly.”

“Everything was in my room was clean , the staff was super helpful they helped me carry my bags to my room, Air Conditioning unit worked great it kept the room cool all night, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!”

“Beds were fine. Very much in need of a remodel. Ceiling above the shower was “patched” and coming down. Very old, out of date hotel.”

“I prepaid for parking but did not receive any information on how or where to park. Very confusing.”

“We had to bring in our own big blanket only a sheet on the bed but other than that we love our stay and will recommend and stay again. It is very convenient besides all the construction but not hotels fault for that.”

“We stayed at this hotel while visiting Fiesta Texas because it was half the price of the hotels closer to the park. It is conveniently located near several restaurants, a mall, and a Walmart. There are signs up in the hotel saying that they will be renovating soon. You can tell the hotel is older and really needs renovating, but it was clean and met our needs for the price. The grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool.”

“Cozy room”

“Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor.”

“Good value for the money. But there was no internet that day, so no TV and spotty cell service.”

“Es buena la ubicación tiene los servicios como nevera y/o refrigerador bien eso me ayudó a tener agua fría y 2 que 3 snacks en el refrigerador con el calor de Texas. El Personal de recepción cero custome service con sus carotas de mala gana de atienden las 2 chicas pésimas”
