Amazing for families & close to almost anything! I will definitely be making this my hotel stay every time we come into town.”

“I have to say, the night shift receptionist was the nicest, kindest person ever. In all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at, she treated us the best. She was very professional and made sure we were attended right away and was so sweet. I would stay here again just because of she treated my family and I. I didn’t get her name but she has short hair.”

“Our stay was good at red roof for the most part for the price it had everything that we needed for the stay if anything an upgrade to the appliances would be nice maybe a newer bigger t.v. .”

“Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor.”

“Good location. Loved the spacious room with complete kitchenette. The hotel was outdated, which is not a problem on itself, but some furniture was dirty and worn. Breakfast was good.”

“For a Hilton-owned property, I was taken aback by the worn-out furniture and dated rooms. The furniture in the junior suite exudes an 80s vibe and appears to have undergone numerous renovations. Upon entering the lobby, the oppressive heat and stuffiness immediately hit me. I must also mention that a few of the front desk staff members were less than pleasant. Their unprofessional behavior, such as rolling their eyes and making comments about callers, left a sour taste in my mouth. The parking...
