“My room was never cleaned by the staff not even the garbage was taken out. Linens or towels were changed, and having just one elevator makes it a heavy traffic during the weekend. Staff was polite.”

“A comfortable stay! I’ve been here before, but this time the quality was very apparent. The front desk personnel were always very inviting. The staff throughout the hotel were all so very friendly! Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. The location was great with restaurants , gas, and shopping very close. I’d certainly stay here again. ”

“Breakfast was mediocre at best. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. No snack machines available.”

“We picked this hotel because we have enjoyed the Double Tree in Dalllas very much. The room was clean, the bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained. They listed room service but there was no restaurant room service. We were expecting a movie streaming service but that was not available. The breakfast buffet was ok. When you checkout they try to sign you up for deals. Overall we will not be returning to this location.”

“Room wasn’t available because Expedia booked a room when none were available. Had to be refunded and had to find my own hotel with my children driving around after midnight, finally finding someone kind enough to make accommodations. ”
