“For a Hilton-owned property, I was taken aback by the worn-out furniture and dated rooms. The furniture in the junior suite exudes an 80s vibe and appears to have undergone numerous renovations. Upon entering the lobby, the oppressive heat and stuffiness immediately hit me. I must also mention that a few of the front desk staff members were less than pleasant. “I have to say, the night shift receptionist was the nicest, kindest person ever. In all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at, she treated us the best. She was very professional and made sure we were attended right away and was so sweet. I would stay here again just because of she treated my family and I. I didn’t get her name but she has short hair.”

“The Good: located near the airport literally minutes away. Parking was available with no hassle at all. The Bad- The room has two small roaches and when I brought it up to the front desk staff they said " sorry about that , did you give them a good squish" . This was not only appalling but outright disrespectful . This was not the appropriate coming from who I believe is a manager there. Also, The pool area was lacking towls and should be capped as far as how many people can be in it at once....
