“I was very disappointed with my stay at the Heritage Inn & Suites San Antonio Airport. The biggest issue was that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and our room stayed around 80 degrees all night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. There was also a section of the hallway with completely saturated carpet. I walked through it around 10:00 p.m. and again at 10:00 a.m. the next morning, and it was still soaked. “My stay at Marriott San Antonio Airport was great overall. The property is clean, amazing, and conveniently located, and I really enjoyed the experience. That said, there are a couple of drawbacks worth noting. There is no complimentary bottled water in the rooms, so you will need to purchase your own, and the bottled water sold in the store downstairs was $12 per bottle, which felt extremely overpriced. I would strongly recommend stopping before you arrive and buying your own water to avoid...

“The carpet was dirty. I felt the stickiness from the dirty carpet and didn’t wanna walk barefoot. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection but the older lady attendant was pushy and tried taking over me making a waffle. She seemed irritated and even after I told her to stop she still took the batter cup from my hand and started pouring it. She was rude and to avoid more aggressiveness I left the breakfast room without any of my food. I couldn’t believe she would continue to ignore my requests...

“i have been trying to get in touch with staff since i left and they wont answer. my room was DISGUSTING. pubes in the shower, looked like there was dried blood on the door, the floor boards and floor in general was absolutely disgusting. my socks were black. all throughout the night people were slamming doors and yelling down at my end. truly a terrible stay. we’ll see if i get through to someone bc this is absurd and i want a refund.”

“Everything was fine, minor little details, like the fact that there was no place to charge your phone next to the bed and the system was down when we checked in and it took timw to get a key to the room other than that everything was great”
