“The room that I was assigned had a terrible smell. I tried to ignore it but it was to strong, hard to breathe. The sheets had stains here n there. I went to speak with front desk and asked if it would be possible to change rooms due to my room having a strong smell. By this time my eyes were burning and had a headache cuz of the smell. I informed her that there was some box on the night stand connected to the outlet and did not know what it was. Front desk stated that it was not suppose to be...

“Staff were exceptional. Room was clean, nicely sized and dated. Breakfast was better than a lot of free breakfast hotels and the 24 hour access to free refreshments came in handy. Would have loved to use the pool but it was out of order. Would definitely come back.”

“My kids really loved the warm indoor pool, which we were able to use despite inclement weather. The included breakfast was really helpful as well. The staff were helpful, facility was pretty clean. The pull out couch mattress was in awful condition, all the padding was coming out of the center of it, huge creases in the mattress that made it so it wouldn't lay flat, no mattress cover, and it looked filthy. So that was unfortunate, because we were counting on that as a bed for one of our kids....
