“Un albergo che ha una posizione perfetta Un minuto dal l’area delle Haram cinque minuti e sei davanti al kaaba el-sharifa el hamdollah Abbiamo prenotato le camere tramite booking poi una volta arrivati ci hanno dato le camera che vista kaaba Che è meravigliosa . Non ci credovo vedovo kaaba Benissimo. tutte le persone erano disponibili al nostro servizio . Mi ricordo Fahed del protezioni e Nazih del reception. “Comoda e pulita ”

“The hotel is not by any mean a five star hotel, maybe 3 star and the price paid was too high for this price range. The positive thing about this hotel is location, it's very close to haram, maybe just 2 mins. In our room, bathroom's door was broken and staff refused to change room citing availability issue nor provided any extra service as compensation i.e. additional meals. Overall I would recommend to get another hotel, maybe in clocktower if you want a close hotel, or get any other 3 star...

“Property was clean and staff were great. It’s just in a hill so going to the masque it was down hill and going back was hard. They do offer a bus transportation but hardly able to get in it coming back. Otherwise it was great”

“Well when we take suites we expect something fancy and nice . Toilets and shower space is so so narrow u can’t even stand properly and take shower . Where as the amount of money u r charging way too high for this kind of room . However we come to umrah quiet offer and prefer to stay so eo other hotels in same tower at this price . ”

“Amazing visit with Al Safwah Hotel Tower. Situated with the Makkah Tower Hotel buildings it was quite close to Haram Masjid with 5 mins walk. We stayed in a Studio with Kaaba view. The hotel was clean and service was friendly. Our family of 4 with 2 little children enjoyed the stay. ”
