“Stanza impeccabile, staff molto cortese ma nonostante avessimo prenotato East Towers ci é stata assegnata una camera nella West Tower che è più lontana dall’entrata del Haram e che io non ho prenotato nonostante costasse meno al momento della prenotazione (Lo abbiamo percepito come un downgrade). Un altra cosa che mi é dispiaciuto non trovare é il caffè tipico che trovammo nel nostro primo soggiorno.”

“This is a wonderful modern hotel with a lovely room great breakfast where chefs make fresh omelettes of choice or fried eggs. Discovered this later but the dinner buffet is really good as well for the price especially if you're IHG members. Great customer service as first time we went down for the dinner buffet but I couldn't find my membership number so paid the full amount.When I found my number they were kind enough to give me the change the discount would have given me. The slight downside...
