“The hotel is not by any mean a five star hotel, maybe 3 star and the price paid was too high for this price range. The positive thing about this hotel is location, it's very close to haram, maybe just 2 mins. In our room, bathroom's door was broken and staff refused to change room citing availability issue nor provided any extra service as compensation i.e. additional meals. Overall I would recommend to get another hotel, maybe in clocktower if you want a close hotel, or get any other 3 star...

“The property is in terrible condition. My family and I had to run around at 2:00 after a long journey to find other accommodations. Pictures are old and not reflective of the property. There is mold in the bathrooms and carpets are disgusting and the rooms have a bad smell. ”
