We dealt with Mr. MASLEH who was super nice and helpful and he helped resolve an issue which was from the website and it was not hotels fault, yet Mr. MASLEH helped us out. We must say Arab hospitality is sexond to none i would recommend this hotel for cleanliness and courteous service. “The hotel is not by any mean a five star hotel, maybe 3 star and the price paid was too high for this price range. The positive thing about this hotel is location, it's very close to haram, maybe just 2 mins. In our room, bathroom's door was broken and staff refused to change room citing availability issue nor provided any extra service as compensation i.e. additional meals. Overall I would recommend to get another hotel, maybe in clocktower if you want a close hotel, or get any other 3 star...
