“I had a great stay at Elaf Ajyad Hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The reception staff were very welcoming and professional, especially Anas,Turki and Abdullah, who were outstanding and always happy to help with anything.The kitchen workers were also very kind and helpful, and the room cleaning service was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Makkah as it’s very close and a buggy from the hotel to take them up and down. ”

“The hotel is not by any mean a five star hotel, maybe 3 star and the price paid was too high for this price range. The positive thing about this hotel is location, it's very close to haram, maybe just 2 mins. In our room, bathroom's door was broken and staff refused to change room citing availability issue nor provided any extra service as compensation i.e. additional meals. Overall I would recommend to get another hotel, maybe in clocktower if you want a close hotel, or get any other 3 star...
