“the rooms were clean, the breakfast ok, parking is adequate. I was not familiar with the Spark hotels - I like to use the Hilton hotels when I travel. Spark is very bare bones. “First I got put into a room that I have told them does not work and to please not put me in. The water pressure sucks and the fridge makes a horrible noise. Second I had to add another day cause I could not get home cause my bridge is flooded. They called twice in the morning to ask what I was doing staying again or leaving. THEN I got a later check out 11:30!!! Housekeeper knocked as she was opening the door at 11:13!! Didnt even give me a chance to answer the door. I have kids in room and let...

“Property was close to all fun activities and Highway but AC Fan created so much noise so we had to switch the rooms in the night. Room was also not having body wash and old used bath soap so it was little bit annoying.”

“The room was very clean, however, it is not senior friendly - no grab bars in the bathroom (no towel bars either). We had a first floor room, however, there are three steps (first is very steep) to go down which was an issue for my husband who has mobility issues. They allow pets, but no bags or trash container for clean up. Also appeared to be in odor in the hall.”

“The room was ok. Did its job for a quick one night stay. The shuttle was broken so we couldn’t take that to the casino. There was a lot of noise outside of the room through out the night. There was also a lot of ants. Had to throw out the cups and some of our food. I asked for a discount, but as of yet they did not give me one.”
