“Room was clean but I had accidentally rented a smoking room. Smoke smell wasn't bad. Was disappointed that there was no coffee maker or hair dryer.”

“They may be fixing the property before Texas A&M graduation, and football season. The room is spacious, a nice layout, and comes equipped with a large refrigerator. However, there was only a single coat hanger inside of the large closet. For two guests, only one packet of coffee was provided. Overall, I felt that a little more attention to detail would have gone a long way.”

“I gave an overall Ok rating because one of the reasons we stay at an Embassy Suites is the happy hour and breakfasts. Both mornings clean plates, utensils and tables were scarce. Food on the buffet was always low. Food was very good and courteous and staff where clearly working hard but they were very under staffed. Room was great and clean. Would recommend.”

“We checked in and 15 minutes later some lady 2 rooms down keep knocking on our door. I had to take my wife and daughter to find somewhere else to stay. I had to check out after 1 hour stay and I demanded refund back.”

“We were in town for one night after a late basketball game and just needed a place to wash up and sleep. The hotel isn’t new, but it was clean. There was a slight stale smell when we first walked into the room, but I carry Lysol, and once I sprayed the surfaces and beds, it wasn’t noticeable anymore. We used the washer ($2 per load) and tried the dryer, but the dryer didn’t work. The front desk refunded the $2 without any issue. There’s a washeteria about five minutes away, so we were able to...

“Only booked this for indoor pool/spa had our daughter with us …spa had green mold on floor and stairs did not turn on lukewarm water …pool was not clean either Shower had visible mold around entire caulk line shower curtain was filthy ..no beverages available cooler was out of order ”
