“The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. Ryan & Daniel went above & beyond to make sure I was able to still check into my room after my flights were delayed & I got in around 3:00am. Such amazing employees who care about their customers. We were in town for a film shoot & they gave us recommendations on fun things to do in the area, restaurants, etc. Thanks again guys! “The front desk clerk was awesome. I wish I had made note of her name. The room was immaculate and had definitely been redone. The property was super clean, although the lobby area could use a face lift. You might as well skip the free breakfast. It was pretty pathetic with the exception of the Texas shaped waffle. Overall, I would stay there again. The rate was great! They excepted my service dog happily at no extra charge. Afterall, you don't sleep in the lobby. But I would. It was clean.”

“I went downstairs to ask for some more towels and other items to be taken to the room and was told they had no one on shift to bring the items to our room. I get back from running errands, about an hour and picked up the items went back to the room and it’s being cleaned. I was a bit baffled because I was told they had no one on shift.”
