Hotel sulla neve a Banff

“If you get a room that looks onto the bow river it is beautiful! We had the other side that looked onto the construction sight that the hotel left us ear plugs and sound machine which was thoughtful of them. Pool and hot top we had no indication from the booking was in another building that you entered in an underground parking lot and then went up to the pool. Very disappointing!! “La struttura si trova lungo la via principale di Banff e offre la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage sotterraneo a pagamento. Personale repection poco sorridente poco professionale, potrebbero tranquillamente cambiare lavoro. Hotel decisamente caro ma d'altronde la località è esclusiva. La colazione si fa in un locale indipendente annesso all'hotel: non c'è una convenzione e si paga salato. Insomma non indimenticabile il soggiorno.”

“Hotel is charming and super close to Banff Ave. The rooms could use with a little refreshing - a fresh coat of paint on the walls and ceiling would be nice. The room and bathroom were clean and fresh. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant was excellent- best dining experience we’ve had in awhile. Great food, drinks, and staff.”

“We stayed in the suite with two separate bedroom areas and a kitchen in between. It's older property and long overdue for renovation which doesn't bother me but might bother some. There are no blackout curtains and the curtains barely covered the window so it's very bright in the morning. The staff tried to be helpful but when my neighbors were repeatedly noisy starting at 10:45 p.m. it took a lot of prompting for the front desk to ask them to be quiet. For three nights in a row.”

“We had a room with a terrible view of a garage. Imagine that in Banff! We tried to change but nothing was available. These rooms should be deeply discounted. Staff were kind & we appreciated the lounge with coffee & tea. No CNN which was disappointing.”
