“The rooms were quiet and comfortable and had excellent views of the mountain (either direction). We very much enjoyed the amenities, including the free ebikes(!), the hot tub that overlooked the valley, and the restaurant with some of the best views in Banff. Would go back all over again. Great option if you want to be away from the crowds and bike/walk into town!”

“We showed up very late to our check-in due to a delayed flight, and the staff was so wonderful with the directions. What could have been a stressful moment, was put to rest with a quick message from the hotel. The attention to detail with the posters in the hallway of movies filmed in the area and the hand written card in the room was so nice to see. We loved our room. So clean and quiet. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for such a great experience. Well hopefully be back soon!”

“Lo chalet sarebbe carino ma non c’è manutenzione e quindi il rapporto qualità/prezzo è scarso. ”

“Foto assolutamente non veritiere. Pensavo di soggiornare in un posto magico e invece mi sono ritrovata in una casupola vecchia. Il letto con le lenzuola bucate. La cucina con elettrodomestici minimo degli anni 50. Il frigorifero rumorosissimo che non si poteva neppure regolare perché all’interno sprovvisto di termostato. Alle finestre solo tendine che facevano entrare la luce già dall’alba. Insomma per la cifra di 200 euro a notte mi aspettavo veramente qualcosa di meglio. ”

“I will suggest anyone traveling to Banff to stay at this place. The service was excellent and the people working are amazingly courteous and helpful. The staff seems to enjoy working with energy. It is an exclusive place and have much to offer even at the property. Only suggestion for the property is that they should have microwave in the rooms or atleast at centralized locations if they are worried of fires.”

We came down in the afternoons and asked for the staff to light a fire in the big fireplace and they were always happy to oblige! Room was comfortable and my husband is a tea drinker.
