“This hotel is in a great Banff Downtown location, you can literally walk all over Banff downtown from this hotel. It has attached coffee shop, restaurant and an underground parking where the elevator exit is right next to the rooms. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. We will consider this hotel again as we keep going to Banff.”

“Staff were welcoming and our updated Mountain View room was very clean. The property itself is dated but well kept and clean. The elevator seems to stop randomly on the 2nd floor when I only called for 3rd. This happened several times. Otherwise the elevator works perfectly fine. Parking maximum height is limited to 6’ 6” so be mindful of any rooftop boxes/carriers on your vehicle. We were able to park in the sole uncovered spot on the property. They offered us to park next door at their sister...
