“The room was bigger than I expected. I pool area was nice and the access to the beach was perfect. Maybe a tv upgrade?”

“Love staying here great staff great location, beautiful rooms very comfy. Valet is awesome. My only complaint is the pool bar closes way to early then we have to walk in wet and cold to the bar inside to get drinks and you can’t even enter the double doors by the bar cause they block that off I had to enter through the restroom. Big detour should have waiters pass by the pool to offer service. Other than I recommend staying here.”

“Room was not cleaned even when we were told they would be back. Blow dryer and phone were broken. Room next to elevator could not sleep due to the noise from people coming and going at all hours of the night. AC was not working properly. Continental breakfast is only waffles and cereal. Not much selection Pool area was unattended so there were about 20 unsupervised kids which kept diving in small shallow pool at one point about 15 of them ran and jumped in together which was not only...

“Pros: Lots of kudos for being a pet friendly 100% non-smoking hotel on the island. Staff is friendly. Maids are good. Breakfast is standard fare. But I ate it everyday and appreciated it being there. Washing machine and dryer are a plus. Elevators work fine. There's a little store beside the office which is handy for a late night snack. “Was given an occupied room at check in…worst experience ever. The front desk got the room #’s mixed up.”

“The bed was hard as bricks. It was very difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep. They now charge you ten dollars a day to park in their parking lot. Where else are you supposed to park? You're already paying for the hotel room. It's ridiculous. There is no free breakfast anymore either.”
