“This was our second stay at the Radisson in Scranton, and it’s quickly become our go-to whenever we’re in the area. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are consistently clean, and room-service breakfast in bed was amazing. Mitchell went above and beyond — super pleasant and incredibly helpful, especially during a busy check-in rush.
