“Very close to town in fact you can walk to the shops. They also have a trolley to take you.”

“As a smoker , we appreciated the front porch area with chairs , tablrs and aahtrays for guests . The breakfast was good and lots of options We would have liked bigger towels and more than 2 for 2 pople staying a couple of nights but the room was okay .”

“I'm sorry to disagree with some of these other reviews. I was unimpressed with this hotel. The room had a slight musty odor, and the bed was a bit outdated and somewhat saggy. Loved the good hot shower though, with lots of pressure. Please take some of the renovation money you are spending and buy a new toaster for the breakfast area!”

“Sheets where clean and bed looked perfect and not just slopped together! Lobby, hallway and room smelled clean!! Clerk was friendly and helpful! All amenities worked and nothing alarming for broken. Sadly I managed a hotel so my expectations are higher than most. Some hair on bathroom floor behind door. Fridge shelves had a few crumbs on it. Floor could of been vacuumed better. Overall for some review on other hotels I passed to come here was top notch. Will return when I'm in the area.”

“Good value for money but very sad: this place was once a very clever concept in a great location, but presumably the current owners are just letting it drift until it can be torn down so the new apartment complex next door can expand. Peeling paint, loose nails, shrubbery overgrown with thistle and maple saplings, absolutely minimal breakfast (plenty of nice options nearby). “Our stay was overall nice. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice. The main complaint was how hard and uncomfortable the mattress was. It also seems crazy to have to pay $15/night for parking in an open lot with 80% of the spaces open and available.”
