The beds are terrible it's like sleeping on a brick. Staff will also not let you know where the stairs are to bypass the elevators. We waited up to 15 min to get on one. ”

Library Bar was understaffed for the number of guests enjoying the cocktails and food, but drinks and light bites were delicious. Had an issue on the first night with a party in the hot tub, but guest services and security were very responsive and addressed the issue once it was reported. No issue the second night.
