“I was in a crunch for location. This hotel suited my needs. I was told upon check in they would only clean the room once every 3 days. Not ideal, but nothing I couldn't deal with. However, I checked in Tuesday and by Saturday, I had not had one cleaning service if even to refresh towels. I did ask to make sure they would come on the 3rd day but that didn't happen. “I stayed in a handicap room, and the walk-in shower drained out the bathroom door. I did bring it to the front desk's attention. They knew already. I just asked for extra towels to soak up the water everywhere. You can tell they are trying to make it look upgraded but if you look closely, they didn't replace, just painted over items.
