“This was the perfect place to get away, relax on the porch overlooking a special spot in the creek, and play in the water. We watched movies on VHS, listened to cds, and cooked our meals. We had everything we needed, felt safe and welcomed, and left recharged. Definitely returning!”

“House was beautiful! We were in town for the Kentucky Derby, so everything was higher than normal, but this house was still reasonable compared to others. Location was great! Nice neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and the river. Very peaceful and not at all concerned with safety. The upstairs suite was huge! Tons of room and everything we needed.”

“We had a short stay to go to Churchill Downs for Thursday Twilight Racing. We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. It was very cozy and felt like home. The location was great and a quiet area. We wished we would have had more time to enjoy the outdoor patio. We would definitely stay at this house again and stay longer to enjoyed the patio.”

“I think the kitchen was missing a few essential items and the refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Nothing major but it didn’t give the best first impression. Once we settled in, we saw the charm and appreciated that the home was functional. But little details like one tv remote not working, one porch light was out, no 9x13 baking dishes, and the property address not clear on the mailbox kept us from giving this a higher rating. We would stay with this host again since everything else was positive...
