“The people were very nice and accommodating.”

“Hotel worked for one night on a long road trip. Quiet, bed comfortable. Staff were great. I just have to comment though about the OVER THE TOP scented "plug in" device in the lobby. The sliding doors opened and I was practically knocked out by the intense smell of chemicals that are considered "perfume". Every time I walked in and out through the front lobby I had to cover my face. If you are chemically sensitive at all - this is something to know.”

“The room was very clean. The staff was very polite. The breakfast was adequate. It was the typical scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes with bacon bits. You had a choice of cold cereals or oatmeal. Breads consisted of toast, bagels, or muffins. Juices and coffee or tea. Everything was self-serve. Everything was clean and neat but just the run of the mill budget hotel breakfast.”

“I was amazed by this wonderful little 💎. Smoking rooms are available. The area is peaceful and pleasant. Everything you will need is within a mile or two. Great restaurants within walking distance.”

“We got an envelope with instructions to get into the apt and the door code. Two of the digits were transposed. The door lock freezes out after a few incorrect attempts, so we spent 10 minutes at 1am thinking we were crazy. We did eventually call the emergency maintenance #, and the guy did eventually read the correct code and we figured out what happened. There was no soap for the showers. There were shampoo and conditioner bottles, and makeup remover, but no soap. We used the hand soap that...

“I really like the location of this property. Easy to get to, always clean. Nice staff. Decent breakfast. You really can't go wrong here.”

“The facility is very tired. Needs a lot of TLC. Room Carpet dirty, bathroom door drug on the floor, very hard to open and shut. Checked in Friday evening, left out on Tuesday, no room service at all. No fresh towels, kleenex box in bathroom was emptied for 2 days. Room very damp, perhaps a dehumidifier system in the air system would be helpful. Smelled damp and musty. Only one elevator working for everyone to use. 3 adults shared the room.”

“Staff was Awesome (everyone). Room was just what I wanted, location was perfect. My wife and I travel a lot visiting grand and great grand kids. This is one of the very best hotels we have stayed at. Breakfast was great. We will be staying at this BW whenever we are in the area. Staff could not have been better. Thank You so much.
