“Some work being done. Patio door broke, causing draft through door crack. Door key inoperable more than once. Room was very well kept, clean. ”

“Breakfast menu not wonderful. Air conditioner worked really well. Wish was easier to get sodas and maybe some other snacks. Staff was very friendly and always acknowledged us coming and going. It was nice and quiet in the rooms also. ”

“This is an older property for sure. The first night the room we had 213 had 2ft x 2 ft hole in the wall for plumbing, so we moved to 215. By the 2nd day we noticed the air wasn't consistent in cooling our room, so we moved a 2nd time to a room where the air conditioner worked. They did accommodate us in that part.”

“I checked out after 3 hrs of being there. I called to check the pool and make sure it would be swim ready for my children. They didn't have the heater on and it had been c for my sons birthday. old outside for those three day. The pool was too cold to swim in. My daughter turnt purple after being in the water for about 10 min. and son turned purple and they both had to get out. The hot tub was frothing with chlorine bubbles. So we got out of that too. The shower didn't have handle covers just...

“The room was clean but muggy, the elevator was not working and we were out in the forth floor with no options to switch floors. By the time we arrived we sucked it up, it it would have been nice to be told that prior to arriving. I am disappointed in La Quinta. ”
