“We booked a room for our anniversary. We are Raleigh natives and have always wanted to stay here but I think our expectations were too high. We couldn’t book a couples massage b/c we were told they get booked 2 months out. We had ants on our balcony. I was told check in was at 3:00 but we didn’t get to check in till 3:45. “Breakfast was very good. The mattress in the suite was concave, it put my lower back out. I found it very difficult to sleep. The view was a concreate wall that is part of the building marquee, lucky me it existed as the view in both the living room and the bedroom. The room was clean. The staff was not very customer service oriented. It was easy to park.”
