“Always have a great stay every time I come!!!”

“Hotel was clean and comfortable for a one-night stay. The restaurant was inexplicably closed for breakfast when we woke up.”

“Room seemed clean everything looks fine but apparently there was broken glass on the mat next to the bed so as soon as took my shoes off to change into flip flops a piece of glass went in my feet and it ruins my entire weekend sad part is I was in a wedding party and I couldn’t wear my shoes for the entire wedding, long story short they didn’t seem to care much even though they came and saw my foot bleeding, I ask to switch rooms and they told me there wasn’t anything they can do at the moment...

“The room was ok, no tissues, no iron, no ice machine, no microwave, not a good tv, hallway rug very dirty, very poor washcloths and towels and a bug in the bathroom. We will not be staying there again!”

“I was very disappointed in this hotel. The room was not clean- floors were sticky, toilet was stained, mold/mildew on the ceiling, nail clippings on the bathroom counter, stains on the bed skirt. When checking out in the early morning, no one was at the front desk. I rang the bell several times and no one came out from behind the closed door. Very poor quality, very poor service. Definitely not worth the price paid.”

“I expected the quality to be somewhat low, but what concerned me most was the lack of safety. When we arrived at the parking lot, there were three men smoking marijuana, and they even approached us offering food and trying to talk to us. I don’t understand why the hotel does not manage people gathering in the parking area and allows guests to be affected like this. It felt very unsafe, and I could not even leave the room. I was also worried that our car might be stolen, so I could not sleep...

“Front desk was always staffed and helpful, even at 6 am, I was able to check in early without asking ahead of time, and with no problem. Very happy with the room, very clean.”

“Nonostante il preavviso di una settimana non sono riuscita ad entrare in contatto con i gestori per cancellare la prenotazione ed avere un rimborso ( unico modo era un contatto telefonico ma dall'italia complicato) Sarebbe andato bene anche un rimborso parziale, nulla. Alla mail con la mia richiesta non ho mai ricevuto risposta, al mio non apparire in stanza nemmeno. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno: nel mezzo della campagna senza nessun tipo di assistenza”

“Worst time ever me and my husband were out of there in less than two hours.. pay for a queen suite got a different cheaper. Room was not compensated. None of the amenities were available. We were told we don’t allow walk around the house no washer and dryer no kitchen no outside of amenities. nothing they offered was true or given totally misled. The host said she’d give me the email address for the management. It’s the whole thing was blocked out deceitful devious. do not stay there. It’s a...

“They have problem with the water. Unable to take a bath, brush your teeth or use the toilet. They promised us a 50% discount for the inconvenience. How do we get our 50% back?”

“Beds are very uncomfortable; felt like just a box spring. There's an entire alley of who are clearly permanent residents (grills, hibachis outside, etc.) who laugh and caterwaul all night long. Front desk clerk VERY rude, actually yells at the guests. One microwave in lobby. Pet friendly, so there are a lot of barking dogs. Staff does nothing about noise complaints.”
