“Was a very mediocre experience. The slider to the bathroom was very difficult to open and close. My husband had to yank it open so I could get out. The light around the mirror was strobing so bad I thought I might have a seizure. Last was breakfast. I asked the front desk if dogs were allowed in the restaurant area, he said yes. We went in, were told to seat ourselves by the waitress who 100% saw our dog. We proceeded to wait 15 min to put in our order and then she says, you know dogs aren’t...

“The hotel was beautiful and room was clean. Hot tub was very dirty with heavy foam and the foam had brown matter. I look forward to using hot tubs and this was a scary experience.”

“The room was clean and comfortable but showing some wear. We had to get maintenance (which was sent up immediately) to reattach our toilet seat. I was surprised after walking around the building that there was no outdoor seating to relax in except for a couple of tables and chairs by the entrance. The pool area smelled so strongly of chlorine that we decided not to use. Treadmill was broken in the exercise room. Small things but added together left a “meh”impression.”

“The rooms were basically one bedroom apartments, and accommodated pets (for an additional fee), both of which was great! Front desk staff left much to be desired. Check in was OK, but could have been friendly. When I went to report issues in my room and in my mom’s room they seemed less than helpful. Maintenance came to my room promptly to correct the issue I reported then without anyone saying anything to me the hotel charged me $30. I learned later when I called to ask about the charge they...
