The location is fine if you need to be in downtown. It’s close to shops, coffee, and entertainment. The check In was fine and the staff was friendly. The room is small, and the bathroom is terrible. The shower hight is about 4’4’’, the toilet struggled to flush, and a bad urine smell never stopped seeping through the pipes. The kitchen was fine for a short term stay. Over all I’m glad my stay was short.

I love the location and the hotel! And of course, the public transportation is wonderful

Evening Wine & cheese in lobby was nice. Staff very nice & accommodating. Room was clean except dust on microwave shelf. Awkward checking in if you need accessible entrance; had to call desk from cellphone outside to get them to open that door, & it took a few minutes to get their AI phone answerer to understand my problem & relay to humans at the desk, because they can’t see you from the desk there. Would be nice if they had an intercom at that door, but it’s an old building. But they did come to let me in fairly quickly — while I was still on the Phone with the AI — & were helpful in showing me to the elevators & up to my room. They also extended me one additional night at a very reasonable price, tho that might have been because the lobby was closed for some work that next night from 10pm to 8am… but they had a doorman outside to help you get back inside (I went out & got back late). I did have to climb down stairs to the basement entrance that night, but I knew before I went out the lobby level would be closed & I used my cane instead of a walker. It might have been an issue for someone using a wheelchair, but if they’d had a guest like that there at that time I’m sure they’d have warned them, maybe comped room service for inconvenience. But old small elevators can’t handle modern large heavy power chairs, so if you use one this might not be the hotel for you. They can only modernize old bldgs so far.

Breakfast wasn't included like I thought I booked for. And parking was kinda pain in the butt but I parked at public parking for low price rate
