“It is a poorly maintained, tired building. It is in a good albeit noisy area. The staff did their job which really does not require interaction. It's a room that was warm and dry. Not more.”

“Loved the view of the river, the river walk with daffodils, the nice amenities, staff, & overall fun atmosphere. Good food and drinks there as well, especially with the Irish music on St. Pat's. Just wish there was a coffee pot in the room. ”

“Learned that shuttle needs to be scheduled prior to need. Breakfast amazing. Not just your normal warm and cold cereal, but fresh eggs, sausage, fresh biscuits and gravy, waffle machine and fixings, yogurt, fruit, the works. Left ready for The day.”

“MyPlace was much nicer than I expected from an affordable hotel next to a shopping mall. It was great having a kitchen, the beds were comfortable, it was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. I was super happy with my choice. The only improvement I'd recommend would be smart TVs. Basic cable and all the commercials is annoying when you have streaming subscriptions you'd rather watch on a large screen. ”

“The staff here are very nice when I check in with my service dog. I’ve stayed here twice before, and your location next to the bar/restaurant is perfect. I walked over pulling my old Kylie in her wagon. Their food and beer are excellent!”

“The Heathman Lodge has every amenity that any traveler loves to see. The restaurant at Heathman is out of this world. Great menu served exactly the way you would like it. The sauna is great. The hot tub is wonderful and swimming is excellent. The weight room has everything that a person could ever want when I come back to Vancouver. I am definitely staying at Heathman barn. They are better than Marriott, Hampton Inn, or Hilton. The customer service surpasses any and all hotels.”
