“It was overall fairly clean, but our room had an “off” smell. The swimming pool deck paint was peeling and stuck to our feet. I also called ahead to see if they had extra cots for kids and they said yes, they would put one in our room. When I checked in they said they didn’t have anything. Pretty frustrating.”

“We only stayed one night because we were passing through after a long day of driving, but unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment. We paid $145.30 for the room and expected it to be clean and well maintained. The room did not match the photos very well. The bedding had brown stains and had to be replaced, the bathroom counters didn’t appear to have been wiped down, the floors didn’t seem properly cleaned, the chairs were heavily stained, and the refrigerator was broken and smelled. “This property was wonderful and clean. We had two teenage boys who love fishing and we were able to leave them go on their own fishing on the free kayaks offered. The cabins are very quaint and clean. We were able to spend time on the deck and enjoy the quiet time of the outdoors. Restaurant on premises is very very nice and the people helpful and friendly. Will be staying there again soon. Thank you Carmen”

“Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura come tappa intermedia per arrivare alle cascate del Niagara. Scelta azzeccata. Hotel informale ma comodo e pulito.”

“Did not have towels in our room after we gave them our used ones, went to the desk to get more and they said sorry I only have hand towels and wash clothes, so we had to dry off with hand towels. The carpet is very dirty, must put shoes on asap you get out of the shower or your feet will be dirt.”

“Vero che stiamo parlando di un 2 stelle. Però … Pavimenti appiccicosi dappertutto. Soffitti in ingresso rattoppati. Camera 109. Moquette sfilacciata. Rivestimento basi letto rovinato. Porta di ingresso che chiude male. Ante armadio che chiudono male. Un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e abbiamo chiuso la porta… Non si apriva più!!! Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi, fino a richiedere intervento receptionist. Il ragazzo molto gentile a sua volta ha provato e poi l’ha aperta con una spallata …...
