“Staff was great and rooms need some updating. Breakfast was good and lots of seating. Pool area needs more chairs as people had to sit on the floor. I wish we had a room on the 4th floor as people above us were running in their room and it sounded like thumping. Kids were running down the halls after the quiet 10 pm time. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. The location was sort of in a heavily traffic area so there was a lot of noise all night long plus it was located near train tracks so very often you would hear the sound and feel the vibration of trains going by that being said was fine in end of itself however, some kind of crazy family with multiple rooms was placed next-door to us who arrived at midnight so we were woken up too much screaming yelling door, slamming door pounding, and apparently fist...

“Potentially soaking the shower heads regularly to prevent mold/water buildup. I had to clean the showerhead before giving my minor child a shower/bath, and thankfully my husband didn't see it.
