Hotel a Chartham

“Howfield Manor is a really lovely hotel. Quite a unique venue. The staff were so helpful. This is my second time at the hotel yesterday was for sisters Celebration of Life. We were in the marque which was beautifully laid out, the food was extremely good and the staff were very helpful. We had a lovely room which was very clean and we had a superb view of the gardens. Highly recommended.”

“Nelle informazioni non è indicato che l’hotel è in ristrutturazione e pertanto non dispone di bar, ristorante e sala da pranzo. Va colazione, compresa, viene servita in camera e devi mangiare sul tavolinetto. Parcheggio davanti alla struttura. Il receptionist è stata molto gentile ad informarci che avevamo dimenticato le luci della macchina accese. Ci ha salvati dal dover spingere con la batteria scarica.”

“Great location on the beachfront. Well maintained property with clean rooms and the extras you would expect - safety deposit box, ironing board etc. I wasn't particularly impressed with the in house toiletries which seemed cheap. Staff were all friendly and helpful and parking was easy and included in the booking price. Breakfast was fine but a little underwhelming. There was a good but not extensive range on offer. The breakfast room itself was pleasant and calm. All in all a good hotel....

“Stanze grandi e ben attrezzate. Uniche pecche: mancava lo spazzolino per il water e la temperatura dell'acqua calda non si poteva alzare più di tanto. Ovviamente si tratta di un hotel autostradale, quindi non si può pretendere che la location sia particolarmente amena, però in generale la stanza era davvero molto meglio della media riscontrata in tutta la vacanza.”

“Una brutta esperienza, ho pagato in hotel il parcheggio, dopo una settimana al rientro in Italia, mi è arrivata la multa dalla società che gestisce il parcheggio tramite l’autonoleggio ma non sono mai riuscito ad avere la ricevuta di pagamento del parcheggio dall’hotel. Ho scritto più volte, sono andato in chat sul sito, ho chiamato l’hotel ho chiesto aiuto a Expedia ma nulla l’hotel non mi ha mai mandato la ricevuta. Risultato 100£ di multa e 30£ di spese da gestione.. veramente POCA SERIETÀ....

“Stayed at the Windmill before and accommodation is excellent. Had 2 wonderful evening meals. Pet friendly. Only let down on the last day was a boiler failure which meant no hot water and only a dribble of cold water. So no shower I’m afraid! Had to boil kettle to get hot water for a wash of sorts. Staff very apologetic but couldn’t sort the issue before we had to leave.”

“Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Amenities were lovely only thing jacuzzi was broke. Breakfast great. Bed was amazing slept like babies”
