Resort e hotel con spa a Colchester

“Have seen this hotel come up a few times and thought i would try it when i was working in the area. Being a golf club it has lots of extras, gym, spa, pool etc. The gym was well equipped with the latest tech, the pool area was lovely with a jacuzzi ,steam and sauna room. Clean changing rooms with ample lockers. The room was spacious with one of the largest beds ive seen, decent amenities, tea,coffee n biscuits. Great bathroom and shower. The restaurant was nice, the food was decent with plenty...

“Upon arrival I was met with nice friendly staff. I had my wedding reception here so I already knew the place was top notch. Brilliant hotel, throughly recommend. If I could pick one issue is that the wifi wasn’t the best and didn’t really work. ”

“Spacious room - staff very helpful- beautiful surroundings - lovely breakfast - asked to extend room for 1 hour and no quibble. Even an electric charge point - sadly did not get to experience the spa. Will definitely stay again ”

“We had a lovely stay at the Marquis, our suite was lovely and had a private west facing balcony so we watched a lovely sunset over the river. Dinner was excellent, as was the wine, highly recommended. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.”
