“The Marlborough is a pub with tasty food and about five rooms for overnight stays. The staff is outstanding and does everything possible to be helpful. It is on a central street of a very small town, so it can be a bit noisy during the day and early evening, but is quiet at night. The rooms have nice versions of all the basics, including a good bed and excellent shower. There are few extra amenities beyond the room and pub, although the breakfast was very good. “Everything clean, and simple. You have to judge this place for what you pay. Low price, minimal facilities but what you need. Very comfortable, very clean, shower and bed both very good. Location very central. Parked nearby. Will be returning.”
