“We did not receive room service the entire stay. Rounds by staff were completed too late in the day and our beds were never made up and we had to request towels.”

Our only observation concerns the room: it is in need of a complete renovation. The fixtures are very old, and the bathroom requires a thorough update.”

“Started out stepping on a roach walking in to check into the hotel. Hotel had double doors but the outside doors were propped open. Check in was fine but took a little long. The unit did not smell right. I tried to lock the deadbolt on the door but it was very difficult to lock. After several minutes of trying, I raised the door and it finally locked. Was difficult to unlock the next morning. The a/c unit was turned on to 60 degrees but never really kept the room cool. There was a coffee maker...
