Hotel a Horn Lake

“The staff was incredible. Everyone was kind & helpful. All smiles. Room was clean except there were no bags for the trash cans. It was very quiet and I slept like a baby.”

“An excellent choice if you have a car. Not far from Mempgis, TN. The hotel website says "deluxe continental breakfast" which was in fact poor and with a very limited choice of food and drinks. This needs improving a lot”

“I’ve stayed here multiple times and I’m assuming since my last stay the hotel has been independently acquired. The front desk area had a funky smell. Some of the furniture was broken and worn in my room. The free breakfast was very very minimal. Looked like 7-Eleven breakfast sandwiches. The lady at the front desk didn’t seem too eager to help during her shift. The fitness center was pretty decent. I will not be staying at this property in the future.”

“Just passing through for the night. Stay was great for the price. Room was accessible, but had a tub with transfer chair which might be difficult for some (worked out fine for us). Fridge had been left open since last guest/room cleaning and coils were completely iced over thus not cooling. Since we were already unpacked for the night, instead of switching rooms I turned the unit off to defrost it which took some time, but fridge worked perfectly fine after. Breakfast was standard economy fare.”

“The room had 2 queens which was nice. The carpet looked new as well as the paint. Everything appeared clean. The breakfast had waffles, grits, oatmeal packets, bananas, apples, eggs, sausage, muffins, toast, cereal, milk, juice. Seemed a great value for the money and right off the highway with several nearby restaurants including a what a burger in the adjacent parking lot.”

“We loved our stay. Very family-friendly and quiet. We were greeted on our entry and departure. Lauren represented you guys well. Very knowledgeable and just an overall good vibe. Breakfast was also excellent. The omelets and fruit were to my liking and the trays were an added bonus. I wish more hotels would provide them because they were very handy when i needed to take food to the kids that were still sleep. (Can't remember his name, but the gentleman who tended to the breakfast was great as...

“The room smelled, air conditioner barely worked and made a weird noise. At or around 0104 in the morning one of the staff entered my room without knocking. Worst hotel experience of my adult life.”
