“Visiting Memphis and decided to stay outside the city given our budget and having heard mixed reviews of staying in the city of Memphis with some reviewers feeling unsafe…it did the job for a night so we could visit Memphis (~25 min away by car) but the hotel does not have a pool as advertised, the bathroom seemed old, and the deadbolt of our door has been broken off and the hotel had no more rooms so we had to sleep without the deadbolt. “The property is only 1 yr. old, so everything is still new. Many features have been upgraded - i.e. touch sensitive light switches, elevator buttons, things like that. The bathroom was bright, clean and nice. The buffet is good, although typical. Friendly and helpful staff.”
